Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
In 1930, the United States government issued a patent for this fingerpick, which became the fingerpick all others would copy. Proudly etched on the pick's face are the National logo, the original patent number, the U.S.A. make, and NP2 model number for easy identification. The NP2 is made in America from the best nickel silver available, providing a smooth, comfortable, and fully adjustable fit, as well as a brilliant, vintage-American sound.Perfect for that bright, finger-picking sound on an acoustic or plucky bite on a banjo.

5 out of 5 stars National Picks   February 9, 2008
I use these on all of my guitars, my fingernails grow so slow and by the time they do they break. These bring out the tone much better and with out making any scratchy noises. once you are used to them your accuracy is very good as well. I imaging it takes a little getting used to but I could not play with out them. going on 30 years now with a few breaks. a wrap around thumb pick and three of these and you are set. They mold themselves to your finger shape and the angle you play pretty much by them selves. By the way I never have tried them on a banjo so I can't help you there.

4 out of 5 stars Good product, okay price - but shop around.   May 21, 2007

Very easy to mold them around your fingers. Sounds great on an acoustic, and even sounds good on an electric guitar. Comfortable, as long as they're molded right. However, you might get them cheaper in a local guitar store. I payed a buck less, including sales tax, at my local store.

These fingerpicks are worth the price. Great sound, and they fit my fingers perfectly. Much better than plastic fingerpicks.

Well, basically all in a nut shell, it was very unconfortable. The metal kept digging into my skin and and didn't make a clear crisp sound when I played my guitar. It also kept slipping off. I don't even us it anymore. I bought them so I wouldn't have to keep my nails long, but after experiencing the Nickel Silver Finger Picks, I had to grow my nails back and now Im back were I was before I wasted money on this item.
