| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Sabine's original AX Tuner changed the way many players think about tuners. The built-in contact mic makes this cordless tuner useable on almost any stringed instrument - both electric and acoustic. Now, the AX Tuners feature MagnaPad, a 21st century material that works just like a magnet. Because this new material works by attraction, not adhesion, it will not mar the instrument's finish. The new MagnaPad also magnifies the note, grabbing those low notes all the way down to the bottom end of a 5-string bass or those high ones on mandolins.

It can't get any easier than this January 12, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm a newbie to the guitar, so, I was trying to tune my guitar by playing and replaying the Esteban DVD to match my sound to his. Unfortunately, I must be tone-deaf, because it was taking forever.
A professional guitar player suggested this tuner. I stuck it to the top face of my guitar where it meets the neck, and I had the guitar in perfect tune within minutes!!!!
I can tune a guitar, but I still can't tuna fish.
