Just got this throne at a local music shop and i had been using a kitchen chair to play rock band and i have to say this chair is damn comfy, and well worth the price makes it way easyier to use your pedal and takes the vibration u create like a champ im about 6'1 and 240 pounds and this supports me very well got mine for 125.00 get this if you like comfortable drumming
