A joyous musical trip to Argentina! December 2, 2000

Play this CD, close your eyes, and flutist Alison Young will take you on a musical journey to Argentina: from the flatlands of the gauchos to high in the Andes and back to dance the tango in Buenos Aires. The accompanying CD booklet is great reading; obviously highly researched, it's a fascinating overview of the composers as well as the history of tango.
