Encourages kids to explore and make music of all kinds! December 13, 2005 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is our favorite kids' dvd by far! Our daughter loves it! She has an old oatmeal box that she uses to play along with Bert and she uses her long cylinder blocks to drum on her plastic toy containers. In the dvd kids clap, performers employ cans, bags and balls, there's snapping, dancing and drumming! The cast of Stomp adds a great deal of kinetic energy to the usual Sesame Street cast, and the way they jump, move and spin always keeps my daughter entertained.
Definitely get this video if your child is drawn to dance, music and rhythm.
What fun! November 8, 2005 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is the newest addition to our Sesame Street video library and it has quickly become a favorite. My 18 month old son loves music and is glued to this video from start to finish with plenty of dancing in between. It shows kids that they can make music from almost anything. The guys from STOMP are featured as well.
Plus there are a couple of 'retro' skits and cartoons (including the pinball machine!) that are definitely a blast from the past for us older Sesame Street kids.
(And lastly...this is one of the few SS videos that we have that doesn't have that obnoxious minute+ long video at the beginning of it that you MUST play everytime...uuugh!)

Buyers beware! this company claims to have DVD's in stock and will hold your money for weeks.
Don't you want your DVD in a week rather than months?
A Great DVD! October 12, 2005 Hey, my children thoroughly enjoy this DVD! They ask to watch it everyday - dancing and singing along with the characters. The only down part about it is that the featured group only appears for the last 3 minutes of the show.
Definitely a hit! October 9, 2005 I have a 5-year-old and 2-year-old, and both kids love music and Sesame Street. This is a fun video. More importantly, it's one I can watch over and over with my children. I highly recommend it.
