I bought like album, probably like most people did, after hearing Why Not. There was something great about it, it was catchy and fun to sing along to. Needless to say, I wasn't dissapointed by this album. I wasn't REALLY blown away by Duff's vocals, but I believed they had potential for Hilary to go far. My favourite songs on Metamorphosis are Come Clean, Why Not of course, and Sweet Sixteen. There weren't any filler songs, apart from Party Up, which I can't seem to get into. So, IF YOU'RE A FAN OF HILARY, enjoy these sweet teen moments while you can!

Hilary rocks and has a great voice,I love her music!All the songs are great,here are my ratings for each song:

This CD is really worth buying and there is no need to skip a single song. Hilary is so talented! This CD deserves 5/5,because all songs are great(it even went platinum,go Hilary!). I LOVE this CD and hope you will,too ;)!

This cd is really good! I got it for Christmas! Here are my ratings:
So Yesterday- 10/10: This song is really good!!!! It's fun and enjoyable to listen to.
Come Clean- 10/10 This is my second favorite on the CD! I love it.
Workin' it Out- 7.5/10: This is not the best song, but I still listen to it sometimes.
Little Voice- 100/10 FAVORITE ONE ON THE CD!!!!! This song rocks!!! It is sort of bratty though.
Where Did I Go Right- 9/10: This song is so sweet and lovely.
Anywhere but Here- 10/10: I love it! But I already had it because I had "A Cinderella Story" soundtrack.
The Math- 9/10: Pretty good. It has a good beat.
Love Just Is- 9/10: I like this song a lot.
Sweet Sixteen- 6/10: This one isn't that good. The chorus is pretty boring.
Party Up- 10/10: I love this song!!!!! It's very rockin' and cool!
Metamorphosis- 10/10: Love it!!!!!! Very good!
Inner Strength- 4/10: Pretty short. It's not terrible but it's not that good.
Why Not- 10/10: REALLY GOOD!
Overall this cd rocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like the way Hilary puts her heart and soul into her singing. Some of the other music artist out on the market have negative lyrics pointing kids in the wrong direction sometimes the way the kids misinterprate the artist lyrics. In a way Duff portrays a Teen who incorporates her spiritual side in some of her songs. In my opinion I like upbeat and not to spiritual singing, just the right balance especially in her Most Wanted CD.

I love this album it is written by good songwriters like Charlie Midnight and Kara Dioguardi and some of the songs were co-written by Haylie Duff. This is how I rated it:
1. So Yesterday: 85% This is like a 'chilling out' song to me, it's one of the better songs on the album. It's also not immature, it's just bratty. A good start.
2. Come Clean: 100% This is my second favorite song on the album! It's a great song and it's kinda good to dance along with. It's more of a pop song, not a rock song.
3. Workin' It Out: 50% This song is okay, it sounds like she's talking all of the time. I skip it.
4. Little Voice: 40% I think this song's pretty boring, nothing interesting.
5. Where Did I Go Right?: 95% Sounds more mature than bratty 'So Yesterday'. I like the lyrics! Though it makes a lot of sense to me.
6. Anywhere But Here: 100% I listen to this song waaaay too much and now it's stuck in my head! I'm singing it right now, while I'm typing this review up! Anyway, it shows that if you're in this particular place, you could be anywhere but here!
7. The Math: haven't even listened to it yet!
8. Love Just Is: 30% This song is not good. I hate love songs.
9. Sweet Sixteen: 65% Okay I'm not 16 yet. But you can't have everything when you're sixteen. You didn't even have your driver's licence yet! You can't vote. You can't get every single job! This song is okay.
10. Party Up: 99% This a really good song. I love to party when this song's playing! Go Hilary!
11. Metamorphosis: 90% Most of her other songs are computerised (her voice). I don't care whether they're computerised or not; This song shows her voice in a un-computerised way. I like the chorus. 'Come on and give me a kiss. You wanna insist...' Yeah that's great.
12. Inner Strength: 85% So this is supposed to show your inner strength...your inner beauty or something? I think this song is encoraging, though it's better than 'Sweet Sixteen.'
13. Why Not: 10000000% 100%: This song is excellent!!!!!! I love watching Lizzie McGuire, and I love the movie; I have watched the movie over 300 times! Basically I think this song is better than 'What Dreams Are Made Of.'! 'Why Not take a crazy chance. Why not do a crazy dance. If you lose a moment you might lose a lot. So why not?, why not?' Good songwriting....whoever wrote that.
