3 out of 5 stars Not as good as I thought...   December 8, 2005
I was so excited when I saw that Baby Einstein came out with a video titled after my favorite artist. Unfortunately, my daughter wasn't as enthusiastic. She first watched it when she was about nine months old and wasn't into it. I figured she was a little too young so I would wait and try again as she got older. Well, she's now 17 months and just the other day, she climbed off the couch about ten minutes into the DVD. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that maybe she'll eventually like this DVD because I enjoy it, but if not there are other Baby Einstein videos out there she does like.

4 out of 5 stars Great - for toddlers and 2's   December 6, 2005

My son was over 2 before we introduced BE videos. There are definitely those which cater to the younger baby with lots of random images, but this one is great in that it has puppet shows with a little plot, as well as discrete integrated units for each of the seasons. Unlike some of the other BE's with random visuals, here the visuals truly support the learning objective desired. Concur with other reviewers as well that this is the most robust BE video in Bonus Features. It has both puppet shows and another short learning video of all the seasons.

And no I didn't care for the commercial either....

What a waste of money! I have most of their videos and this one is by far the worst. I guess once the Baby Einstein Co. made enough money they lost their creativity. This is along with some other newer videos/DVDs have been disappointing. My 15 month old who is intrigued by most things on TV finds this one not worth her time. I won't be running out to purchase anything from this company anymore.

5 out of 5 stars We Love It!   November 20, 2005

This is by far the most beautiful and engaging Baby Einstein movie out there. Most of the negative reviews I've read are from parents with younger babies, but check the suggested age level on the box! This particular video was made to appeal to older babies and toddlers who are interested in the changing seasons. We got this for our daughter just before her 1st birthday and she has always enjoyed watching it. Actually, so do we!

4 out of 5 stars Good, but not the best   November 13, 2005
My 9 month old daughter is totally & completely mesmerized with Baby Einstein DVD's. She warm up to Baby Einstein from the first day!!! This video my lest favorate, because it does not catch my dauther attention for long. But it is a good video.
