5 out of 5 stars Entertaining and educational   November 2, 2005

My 14 month old has most of the Baby Einstein DVDs. This one has to be one of the one's he finds most engaging. It gives you a lot of DVD for your money with, in my opinion, the best bonus features of all the Baby Einstein DVDs. Even though only 14 months old, my son laughs hysterically at the puppets as if he really understands the humor! Along with Baby McDonald, this is our favorite.

5 out of 5 stars It's a great movie!   October 3, 2005

Of all the Baby Einsteins, this is my personal favorite. My 2 year old loves it too and now my 1 year old is into it. It's not one of the Einsteins that babies will be really interested in (remember to check out what ages it is appropriate for). I believe this one was for ages 1+ and it is a favorite in this house! The music isn't as annoying as some of the earlier additions. I actually enjoy listening to it while I'm trying to make dinner in the kitchen. :o)

Despite the fact that there aren't a lot of Monet paintings in this video, its a great introduction to the seasons and is great for drawing a young baby's eyes. My 3-month-old loves the hand puppets the best, but the use of color and contrasts in this video draw her eyes back to the video when she notices something else. Great for giggles.

4 out of 5 stars Right up there with the other BE's!   September 22, 2005
"Baby Mozart" is still the best title in the series, but this one does fascinate with the Octopus and Duck being my daughter's favorites. Another favorite DVD now is "Singing Babies Nursery Rhyme Time." Classical music is fine, but I wanted my girl to know all the classic nursery rhymes that I grew up knowing. "Singing Babies" has gotten her making sounds and clapping. I am very impressed.

5 out of 5 stars This is my baby girl's favorite Baby Einstein video/DVD.   September 20, 2005

The music is very catchy and the colors captivate my daughter. She knows that the video is starting just by hearing the music and viewing the first introductory scenes....and she gets so excited. She can sit through the whole video at 8 months old and genuinely watch it to the end. She's loved it since she was 4 months old, too. It's still her favorite video 4 months later and counting.

This video flows better than other Baby Einstein videos and the scenes are serene and beautiful, as well as colorful, depicting the 4 seasons.

If you can only purchase one Baby Einstein video, get this one. I also recommend getting it on DVD so you can take advantage of the "repeat play" option.
