great product February 28, 2008 It's cheap, what else do you want? If you weren't looking for something cheap, then you probably wouldn't even be looking at this item. It seems pretty sturdy to me. The locking mechanism can be a bit of a pain when you want to adjust height level or put it away (I found that mine was very resistant to coming completely out of the slot). But it's really cheap, and it gets the job done.
Great product...good quality February 24, 2008 Good and sturdy product. It was a little tricky to build but nothing major. Once I was done, it proved to be quite a great stand. Like I said, it's very sturdy and durable. I love the fact that I can adjust the height to fit my needs as well.
Keyboard Stand February 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Purchased for 4 year old son's keyboard. NOT a Yamaha stand. This is false advertising. Instructions are horrible, although common sense and looking at the box should make it relatively simplistic to assemble. Fairly sturdy, but since its generic, doesn't do anything to hold a Yamaha keyboard securely. I recommend that you also purchase some velcro to keep the keyboard secure.
Inexpensive and functional January 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Assembly is a pain as many people have noted. It can be done from the single drawing of the assembled stand that is the entire assembly instructions. A little more user enlightenment from the manufacturer would be nice.
Setting your keyboard on the stand is like setting a boiled egg on a plate. It will stay up but it slides around at the slightest provocation. A little less precarious mount would be nice.
The stand is cheap and solid. It will work.

It works perfect for my Yamaha keyboard. I had some problems putting together...but finally I made it.
