I actually received this product for free because the description for the Casio PX110 said it came with a stand - and it didn't. So Amazon shipped this to me.
Mine, thankfully, came with all the pieces. But, in usage, it's not too great for my keyboard.
1. The stand's lowest height is too high for the Casio PX110.
2. It's a major pain to adjust the height.
3. The X-shape doesn't allow your legs to be where they should while you play. (This annoys me the most.)
4. My keyboard doesn't rest well on it - I place "non-slip pads" wherever the keyboard rests on the stand so that it won't slide if bumped.
Those four complaints are with or without the use of a pedal, and now that I'm learning pieces where I need that feature, I'm starting to plan on replacing this stand. (As well as buying a bench.) My hubby will either build a stand, or I'll end up purchasing the one for the PX110.
I guess if you're playing while standing up, and wanting a stand that folds up (with difficulty), purchase this one.
Troublesome, but not bad enough to return January 28, 2008
Unlike many of the other reviewers of the keyboard stand, mine arrived with all the parts, including all the screws. Assembling it was a bit tricky; I had to stop and start over at one point, because I misunderstood the directions. The stand comes with two tools for assembly -- a hex wrench (Allen wrench) which worked fine, and an open-end wrench, which was next to useless. You'll need a 10mm wrench of your own if you want to avoid a lot of frustration.
The good points: The stand is plenty sturdy enough for what I'm going to be using it for -- playing the keyboard in my basement, and maybe taking it to a friend's house once in a while. Note that I'm using a Casio WK3800 keyboard, which is relatively light. This probably wouldn't work for a heavier, professional-level keyboard.
The bad point: As other people have pointed out, adjusting the height of the stand is a pain. You have to unscrew a bolt, move the stand up or down (that is, make the "X" narrower or wider) and then screw the bolt in again. Quick setup this is not.
I ran into an additional problem. I couldn't get the stand low enough to suit me. That is, making the "X" wide enough to get the keyboard down to where I wanted it exceeded the range of adjustment on the brackets that hold the bolt -- the two ends wouldn't meet. I solved this with a trip to the hardware store, where I picked up a metal mending plate with a couple of holes in it, and a couple of bolts, and mounted it between the two ends. This gave me the extra couple of inches I needed.
So, now I'm happy. Would I have bought this stand if I knew what it was going to involve? Probably not. But, as I said, it really wasn't bad enough to make it worth the trouble of returning. I wanted to get on with my playing. (BTW, the keyboard is great.)
Keyboard stand January 20, 2008
The original keyboard stand was missing a piece and had to be replaced. The directions for assembly are visual, with very few written directions. If you can't follow a fuzzy picture, then you won't be able to assemble this stand.

The Casio GSDX is a must if you purchase a Casio like I did for my grandaughter. It is sturdy and safe for use with young children and really folds up flat for easy storing if need be.
Perfectly fine stand; yes, there are screws January 6, 2008
I purchased this stand to use with my Casio PX110, and it works just fine. A more enthusiastic player may find it to be a bit more wobbly than appreciated (especially if you're used to pianos), but the keyboard is in no danger of falling.
Previous reviewers have stated the screws were already in the legs of the keyboard (aka the "No screws!" complaint). I purchased this in November 2007, and most of the screws were packaged in a separate bag (though two of them were already installed in the legs of the stand- why, I don't know).
Assembly is easy- the instructions, however, are unnecessarily complicated. For me, the confusion came from the fact that they labeled the parts in the instructions, but not on the actual stand parts, so what you were reading wasn't corresponding to the parts you had in front of you. In other words the instructions have you looking for specific parts when none of the parts actually have labels on them. Annoying. The instructions also included steps on assembling the pieces that came pre-assembled in the box. Confusing. Just look at the picture and go from there.
So yeah, the stand is fine, and I recommend it. The instructions are terrible, but really- how many times are you going to be assembling the thing anyway? The product is fine, so I rated it a 5.
